When an assembly needs a fixed number of screws and none may be missing, a tool that counts along earns its place. This screwdriver works between 2.0 and 4.5 Nm, keeps the speed constant through automatic control and reports every joint to the production control system through PNP signals.

Matching accessories

The RC1000 remote controller sets the speed levels, the counting function and the sequence. The DEA0151N-AZ or DEA0241N-AZ power unit supplies the tool. Bits with a 4 mm shank are taken by the ADA-HR4-D63 adapter, the BAL-0515 and BAL-1020 tool balancers carry the tool weight and the SGR-14 and SGR-23 screw grids keep the screws ready.
