Z-Line filter cassette G4 prefilter for Jumbo and series 150/160/MED - ULT 02.1.230

The Z-Line filter cassette G4 (02.1.230) is the first filter stage for ULT ASD-series filter trolleys and for the Jumbo and series 150/160/MED units. The zig-zag Z-Line pleat packs a large filter area into a compact space and therefore offers plenty of holding volume for coarse dust before it reaches the downstream particulate and adsorption filters.

Handling at filter change

In the dust and fume filter setup of the series the Z-Line filter is integrated into a disposal carton. The carton is closed on the raw gas side and the raw gas enters through a lip seal. The loaded filter stays inside the carton during the change, which keeps dust release low.

Coarse dust prefiltration during grinding, engraving, polishing, filling and dosing operations and restoration work, plus pre-separation ahead of the adsorption stage in units for odours, gases and vapours.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for ULT ASD filter trolley, Jumbo and series 150/160/MED. Supplied as one piece. As a wear part it should be replaced regularly depending on load.
