ESD extraction arm Flex 600 mm DN 50 table mounting, black - Alsident 50-1-23-6

At ESD workstations the solder fume extraction has to come close to the assembly without becoming a charge source itself. The Alsident 50-1-23-6 ESD extraction arm from System 50 Flex combines 600 mm of reach with a flexible conductive hose and is rated for an air volume of 45-85 m³/h at 50 mm pipe diameter.

Applications

Intended for soldering benches, rework stations and test areas inside the EPA, and for laboratories handling electrostatically sensitive components. The flexible hose lets the suction tip sit close to the joint without obstructing handling of the assembly.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The arm belongs to Alsident System 50 Flex and matches the WSA-5LR, WSA-10LR and WSA-20LR extraction units as well as table holders and hoods of the same 50 mm system. Supplied as one extraction arm with suction tip and earthing cable per piece.

The arm is tested for use in ESD protected areas according to IEC 61340-5-1:2016.
