Single output soldering and desoldering station for production and rework where tip shape and size change frequently. The supplied MFR-H2-ST2 handpiece runs SxV soldering tips and CxV blade tips, each tip carrying its heater and sensor. The microprocessor controlled SmartHeat system operates at lower heater temperatures and shortens calibration time.

Applications

Compatibility and scope of delivery
The MFR-PS1100 power unit supplies every MFR series handpiece and can be combined with the MFR-2200 dual output series. Delivery covers the power unit, the MFR-H2-ST2 handpiece and the WS1 work stand. Soldering tips are ordered separately.
With tip to ground resistance below 2 ohm the station suits ESD protected areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
