Anyone cutting wire all day in an ESD area needs a head that takes the load and handles that carry no charge onto the assembly. The 79 02 125 ESD precision electronics diagonal cutter combines a round head 11 mm wide with electrically dissipative handles and edges of approx. 64 HRC that cut hard wire up to 0.7 mm dia.
