Large-format M5 prefilter mat measuring 577 x 577 x 5 mm for the explosion-protected ULT ACD 1200 EX extraction system. It takes out the coarse fraction of adhesive, solder and process fumes and keeps the downstream main filter clear. At only 5 mm thick it stores flat and is quick to change.

Maintenance replacement on the ULT ACD 1200 EX extraction system used for solvent-bearing adhesive and coating vapours as well as dust-intensive processes. Dust-heavy applications justify a shorter change interval than pure vapour extraction.
