ESD Kapton polyimide tape UL510 15 mm x 33 m, dissipative

Assemblies running through the solder wave need their contact areas kept clean. This dissipative polyimide tape in 15 mm width withstands up to 300 °C short term and covers dual-row contact fields in one pass.

Applications

Protecting contact areas and gold fingers in the solder wave, masking during selective soldering and conformal coating, covering displays and view windows during rework, and securing cables or sensors on hot assemblies.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as one roll, 15 mm wide and 33 m long, on a Ø 76 mm core. Fits common hand and bench dispensers. The series covers widths from 12 mm to 75 mm plus die-cut dots.

The dissipative material suits EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1. Flame rating per UL510.
