Reinforcing mesh is rarely laid in the size it was delivered in, it has to be trimmed at openings and edges. The 71 82 950 concrete mesh cutter severs bars up to Ø 11 mm at 19 HRC and works close to the plane of the mesh thanks to a head only 40 mm thick.
