Laser fume extractor AD 1500 iQ, 1250 m³/h at 100 mbar, HEPA and gas filter - Donaldson Bofa 1U15812004-1419

Where several laser heads or large marking fields generate a lot of smoke and organic gases, extraction needs reserves in airflow and filter area. The AD 1500 iQ delivers 1250 m³/h at 100 mbar and keeps the air clean with three filter stages.

Benefits in operation

• DeepPleat DUO pre-filter with approx. 30 m² borosilicate media, 95 % at 0.9 µm, 200 mm pleat depth.
• 58 litre dropout chamber: coarse particles settle before they reach the pre-filter.
• Combined HEPA and gas filter with approx. 7.5 m² media and 34 kg activated carbon, 99.997 % at 0.3 µm.
• iQ operating system with automatic flow control, real-time display and remote diagnostics via USB.
• Noise level below 68 dBA at typical operating speed.
