Between the capture point and the extraction unit, the ducting decides how much airflow actually arrives. This flexible extraction hose with a diameter of 50 mm comes cut to 8 m and connects an extraction arm, hood or nozzle to the unit. Eight metres reach a unit at the end of the production line or in the adjacent room.

Applications

Solder fume extraction on single and multi station systems, laser fume extraction on marking and cutting machines and dust extraction at manual workplaces. On long runs it pays to check the reserve of the unit, because every additional metre costs pressure. The hose serves as the link between unit and capture element or as an extension of an existing run.
