Guide kit for SFR-B solder wire feeder, wire 1.2 mm, length 0.3 m, without perforation - JBC GSFR12D03-B

When the SFR-B is not mounted directly on the robot soldering head, the solder wire needs a defined guide path. This kit covers 0.3 m and works with wire of 1.14 to 1.27 mm, without perforation of the solder wire.

Applications

Automated soldering in electronics manufacturing, robot soldering cells with soldering head and control box, assembly lines with repeating joints. Wherever solder wire of 1.2 mm has to be metered in and the process is meant to run without operator intervention.

Suitable for the JBC SFR-B automatic solder wire feeder. Guide kits are also available with solder wire perforation and for further wire diameters and guide lengths, the matching version is listed in the feeder manual. Delivery is one guide kit, sales unit 1 piece.

Notes

The guide kit is a wear part. If the channel shows visible abrasion or the feed becomes uneven, replace it before joints start to receive too little solder.
