ESD solder fume extraction unit 180 m³/h for 2 benches with HEPA H13 - JBC FAE1-2C

Flux fumes rise exactly where the tip meets the board, straight into the operator's breathing zone. The FAE1-2C works at that point. Each of the two arms extracts 80 m³/h, the unit reaches a maximum air flow of 180 m³/h and a vacuum of up to 3200 Pa. The vacuum system is integrated into the stand and only operates while soldering takes place.

• Control from JBC stations, a foot pedal, a robot system or a PC, four station connectors are provided.
• Three preset extraction levels low, medium and high plus a user mode adjustable between 10 and 100 percent.
• ESD safe design for use inside a protected handling area.

Control and filters

The unit accepts control signals from JBC stations, a foot pedal, a robot system or a PC through four station connectors. The filter set consists of the FAE1110 pre-filter and the FAE1100 compact filter, which carries HEPA H13 and activated carbon in one housing.

Standards and compliance

The certified filtration efficiency of 99.95 percent for soldering fumes is stated to EN 1822, the main filter stage corresponds to HEPA H13.
