Removing an SMD part means bringing both terminations up to temperature at the same time. The B.TWEEZERS nano tweezers do that without a cable at 15 W peak power and manage up to 60 rework operations per charge. The stand charges the tweezers automatically, and the supplied 8.6 inch display shows temperature and profiles through the B.IRON app.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Compatible with the C115 cartridge range. The delivery contains the B.TWEEZERS nano tweezers, the BCB charging base, the HPTE0C9SA high precision tweezers with ESD epoxy coating and the portable 8.6 inch display with the B.IRON app. The stand carries a brass wool tip cleaner and a splash protection membrane, input voltage runs from 100 to 240 V at 40 W.

Standards and compliance

The tool complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and all B.IRON components meet CE standards. The tool itself is not grounded, so the operator has to be grounded in line with ESD requirements.
