Precision soldering and desoldering station for 2 tools, 150 W per channel, with T210 and AM120 - JBC DDPE-2QD

Fine work on small SMD parts rarely fails on skill, it fails on heat recovery at the moment of contact. The DDPE-2QD delivers up to 150 W per tool and keeps idle tip temperature stable within ±1.5 °C, so the selected 90 to 450 °C actually reach the joint under load.

• Two tools run at the same time on one control unit, each with up to 150 W peak power at 200 W rated power.
• The cartridge type decides compatibility. The T210 handle works only with the C210 range, the AM120 tweezers only with the C120 range.
• Temperature accuracy of ±3 % against a reference cartridge, plus ±50 °C fine adjustment in the station menu.
• Voltage and resistance between tip and ground meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IPC J-STD-001F, so the station belongs inside the EPA.
• USB-A takes firmware, graphics and profiles and feeds a Dino-Lite USB microscope of models AM2011 and AM2111, USB-B connects to the PC.
• RJ12 connects fume extraction, peripherals or a robot cell, a foot pedal controls the tool hands free.
