Light ESD safety low shoe with a mesh upper, built entirely without metal: a C-TEC plastic toe cap and an aramid penetration barrier. Safety class S1P means S1 plus penetration resistance, and the toe cap is rated for 200 joules of impact energy. Dissipative to DIN EN 61340-5-1, sizes 36 to 49.

Metal detectors at the gate, X-ray inspection in quality control, sensitive magnetic fields in sensor production: in areas like these every piece of steel in a shoe is a problem. The C 1305 XP does without. The toe cap is high-tech plastic from the C-TEC technology, the penetration barrier is aramid fabric, and the wearer's charge dissipates in the controlled way DIN EN 61340-5-1 requires.

What defines the shoe

  • No metal anywhere in the protective structure. C-TEC plastic toe cap and XP aramid penetration barrier. The shoe does not trigger metal detectors and creates no cold bridge into the shoe, because the plastic stays thermally neutral.
  • Safety class S1P translated. S1 covers a closed heel area, antistatic behaviour, energy absorption in the heel and a toe cap rated for 200 joules. The P adds penetration resistance against nails and swarf.
  • Dissipative to DIN EN 61340-5-1. Static charge leaves the wearer through the MPU sole into the dissipative floor before an assembly is damaged.
  • Mesh upper with an open air texture. The fabric wraps the foot closely and lets air circulate, which is what decides comfort over eight hours in a heated production hall. The aktiv-X functional lining regulates moisture on top of that.
  • MPU INNOFLEX system with CLOUDZONE. The heel cushions the strike, the MPU tread areas return energy into the next step. Slip resistance SRC, tested on tile with detergent and on steel with glycerine.
  • Reinforced toe protector and insole approval. The toe protector extends service life during kneeling work, and the shoe is approved for orthopaedic insoles to DGUV rule 112-191.
