Vermason Compact wrist strap and footwear test station with foot plate - Desco 222507

At the EPA entrance operators need to be checked for both wrist strap and ESD footwear, without two separate devices on the wall. The Vermason Compact test station combines both: the band via the coiled cord, footwear via the foot plate, each with a clear verdict on whether resistance lies between 750 kilohms and 35 megohms.

Applications

For the band, plug in the coiled cord and press the contact plate. For footwear, place one foot on the foot plate, press the contact plate, then repeat with the other foot. If a test fails, checking each element on its own shows whether band, cord or shoe is the cause. A good fit for labs, repair benches and smaller production areas with lighter test traffic.
