SCS dual conductor coil cord 3 m, straight 3.4 mm plug, 1 megohm per conductor, gray - Desco 2370

Operators who move between bench, shelf and test equipment at a monitored ESD workstation need a longer grounding cord that keeps working even if one wire is damaged. The SCS 2370 coil cord reaches 3 m and carries two separate conductors, each with its own 1 megohm current limiting resistor. If one conductor fails, the path to ground is maintained through the second.

The resistors meet the resistance requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and EIA 625, bending life is tested to ANSI/ESD S1.1. The cord forms part of a personnel grounding system to IEC 61340-5-1.
