SCS Dual-Wire ESD Thermoplastic Wristband, Adjustable, 3.4 mm Jack, Blue - Desco 4720

A wristband should ground reliably on the inside without becoming a contact point for voltage on the outside. The SCS 4720 does this with two layers: conductive inside at below 1 x 10⁵ ohms, insulative outside at above 1 x 10⁷ ohms. It is light, low profile and adjusts with a zipper-style latching mechanism.
