The HL2 is a universal plastic holder that grips any Dino-Lite handheld microscope and fixes it to a suitable stand pole. It solves the common need to keep a handheld microscope in a stable position without holding it by hand.

Mounting
An adapter is required to mount the holder on a pole. Two options are available: a straight adapter 10 x 40 mm or the offset adapter 10 mm to 8 mm (MS41A). This lets the HL2 attach to Dino-Lite stands or to third-party stands with a matching 10 mm pole.
