Offset adapter for Dino-Lite holders

The MS41A is a stand adapter that steps down from 10 mm to 8 mm while offsetting the microscope to one side. It connects the Dino-Lite holders to a stand pole and creates sideways clearance, for example to reach awkward areas of an inspection object.
