X/Y stage table with rotating table

The MS15X is an X/Y table with a detachable rotating table for applications that need fine examination with movement in the X and Y axes. The object is moved under a fixed microscope rather than moving the microscope, which allows controlled, repeatable scanning of inspection surfaces.

Compatibility

The MS15X can be used stand-alone or attached to the RK-06A and RK-10A stands, as well as the older MS35B and MS36B models.
