A new hand soldering place does not need one tip, it needs a selection, plus a gripping tool and braid for desoldering. This set bundles exactly that: the most common shapes from the Ersa 102 tip series with ESD carbon tweezers, an additional holder and desoldering braid, rated to 450 °C tip temperature.

What the set contains

• A selection of the most common 102 series tip shapes, covering fine joints and wider terminations without a follow-up order.
• ESD carbon tweezers for handling sensitive components at an electrostatically protected workstation.
• Desoldering braid for removing excess solder and correcting joints.
• Additional holder for the tips, so they stay sorted instead of loose in a drawer.
• ERSADUR-LF long-life tips with iron and chrome layers, suitable for lead free and leaded solder.

Technical data

Compatibility

The 102 series is intended for the i-Tool, i-Tool Nano and i-Tool Pico irons of Ersa i-CON stations. The i-Tool MK2 and the TRACE irons use tip series 142 instead, where this set does not fit.

Setting up new hand soldering places, restocking existing i-CON workstations and equipping laboratories, prototyping and service workshops.
