A 01005 chip can no longer be picked up reliably with a silicone cup, there is simply no contact area left. This metal nozzle for the vacuum pipette of the HR 550 works with a 0.2 mm inside diameter and applies the vacuum exactly where the smallest footprint is needed.

Features

• Outside diameter 0.3 mm, so the nozzle fits between closely spaced neighbouring parts.
• Inside diameter 0.2 mm, the vacuum channel is matched to the component size instead of drawing false air.
• All metal design without a silicone cup, dimensionally stable and free of the wear an elastomer lip shows.
• Mounted directly on the HR 550 vacuum pipette, which picks up, aligns and places the component.

Application

For desoldering and replacing the smallest passive components in rework, prototyping and failure analysis. For larger parts the same range offers nozzles with an integrated silicone cup, for example 0HR5520-20033 at 3.3 mm or 0HR5520-80100 at 10.0 mm diameter.
