HR 600 Rework System mit Leiterplattenhalter XL 535×300 mm - Ersa 0HR600/2L

Backplanes, bus boards, long sensor and LED carriers, assemblies out of 19 inch racks: such panels are simply too long for the standard holder of the HR 600. This version carries the XL board holder for 535 x 300 mm (+x), 21 x 11,8 inch, and so it also grips the edge that would otherwise hang in mid air.

What the XL holder changes

• Capacity up to 535 x 300 mm. The plus sign behind the figure stands for assemblies allowed to project beyond the holder in length.
• The centre support rail with two pins props the board up in the middle. Long boards sag under heat otherwise, and that distorts the solder joints.
• The bottom heating field measures 380 x 250 mm. On a long assembly the work area is positioned over that zone, while the rest of the panel stays outside the direct radiation.
• The process side stays as known: 3200 W hybrid heating power, placement to 25 µm, two 1,3 MP cameras, operation in Ersa HRSoft.

Technical data

When the standard version is enough

If the assemblies stay below 390 x 300 mm, model 0HR600/2 does the job. The XL holder pays off as soon as long panels come up regularly, because the holder is what fixes the maximum board length of the machine.

Applications

Rework on backplanes, bus boards, long power supply and control cards, LED and sensor strips. If tall components are fitted underneath as well, version 0HR600/2LBHL with the lowered cassette is the better fit.
