HR 200 Hybrid Rework System, 400 W - Ersa 0HR200

The Ersa Hybrid Rework System HR 200 makes rework simple: unpack, set up, solder. Its 400 W hybrid high-performance heating element reliably desolders and solders SMT components up to a size of 30 x 30 mm. A powerful 800 W infrared bottom heater can be added to preheat the assembly ideally.

The power of the top and bottom heaters is each preselected in four heating stages via a selector switch and activated by a foot switch, so both hands stay free to remove the component with suitable tools during desoldering. Depending on the assembly and the selected power, soldering or desoldering typically takes 60 to 180 s. During work breaks the bottom heater switches automatically to standby. The integrated PCB holder positions the assembly at the optimum height between the heaters. As options, Ersa recommends a cooling fan, a thermocouple sensor with temperature meter and a reflow process camera for observing the soldering and desoldering processes.
