Description
Exchanging parts from 1 x 1 mm upwards on populated assemblies calls for a finely resolved bottom profile and placement in hundredths of a millimetre. The Ersa HR 600P puts 5400 W of bottom heat into six zones across 380 x 380 mm and places to plus minus 25 µm.
What defines the HR 600P
- 6200 W of heating power, split into a 5400 W six-zone bottom heater and an 800 W two-zone top heater over 60 x 60 mm.
- Placement accuracy down to plus minus 25 µm for components from 1 x 1 mm to 60 x 60 mm.
- Built-in digital contactless infrared sensor plus three type K thermocouple inputs and an Accu-TC sensor.
- Standard board size up to 380 x 420 mm, that is 15.4 x 16.5 inches, with a centre support rail.
- Complete workstation with a Lenovo PC on Windows 11, 16 GB RAM, SSD and two LAN ports, plus a 23.8 inch monitor.

Use and compatibility
The system belongs in test areas, repair and prototype build where placement accuracy matters. The installation site needs a three phase 400 V, 16 A supply, oil free compressed air at 6 to 10 bar through a 1/4 inch quick coupling, and a stable environment of 18 to 26 °C at 40 to 60 percent relative humidity.
