Description
The ERSA dip stencil 40 x 40 mm with a 100 µm (0.10 mm) dip depth is an accessory for the ERSA Dip and Print Station (0PR100). In the dip process, BGAs and fine-pitch components are dipped into the stencil in a defined way, leaving an even, repeatable amount of solder paste or flux on their contacts. The stencil thickness determines the deposited volume.
