Measuring Case Set Gigalab EVO with two probes and batteries, up to 1 TOhm - Iteco 9265064

An ESD audit depends on reproducible electrodes. The Gigalab EVO case set supplies the meter 9265.063 together with two probes, batteries and a carrying case and thus covers point to point, ground and surface resistance from 1 kohm to 1 Tohm.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The set can be extended by the concentric ring probe 63/30 mm at 2.5 kg (Iteco 9265.070), the shielded probe 63 mm at 2.3 kg (Iteco 9265.065), the counter-electrode 150 x 150 mm for volume resistance (Iteco 9265.047) and the 25 cm T-handle with M5 thread (Iteco 9265.072). If a serial data interface is required as well, the case set Iteco 9265.067 is the matching version. The meter on its own carries the number Iteco 9265.063.

Standards and origin

The measured quantities correspond to the resistance measurements described in IEC 61340-5-1 for the EPA. A traceable calibration report is included, recalibration can be ordered as Iteco 9265.042. Made in Italy.
