Series 102 for i-Tool Iron
Soldering and desoldering tips
The Ersa Series 102, 152, 162, 172, and 182 soldering tips are precision-machined copper-core tips with electrolytic iron plating and a chromium-nickel protective band, engineered exclusively for the Ersa i-Tool soldering station. Operating within a temperature range of 150-450 °C and with a thermal recovery optimized for work on SMT components and fine-pitch connectors, these tips comply with IEC 61340-5-1 for ESD-safe soldering processes - surface resistance < 1 x 10⁵ Ω through the grounded iron tip body, ensuring full EPA compatibility.
As an authorized Ersa distributor, esd.equipment stocks 56 tip variants across these five series, covering chisel widths from 0.1 mm needle tips up to 8 mm screwdriver profiles, conical, bent, and wave shapes - each identifiable by the Ersa tip coding system and fully interchangeable within the i-Tool platform without tool modification.
