Serie 202 for 200er Hammer Irons

Soldering and desoldering tips

The Ersa Series 202, 212, 222, 242 and 252 are soldering and desoldering tips engineered specifically for the 200-series hammer soldering irons. Each tip in this family delivers precise thermal transfer through a copper core body with iron-plated working surfaces, maintaining tip temperatures within ±5 °C of setpoint across the full operating range of 200-450 °C. Tip geometries span chisel, conical, beveled and specialty profiles, covering joint sizes from 0.2 mm fine-pitch work up to 6 mm broad chisel applications, all manufactured to IEC 60068 and EN 61010-1 safety standards.

As an authorized Ersa distributor, esd.equipment stocks all 18 active variants across Series 202, 212, 222, 242 and 252, enabling direct like-for-like replacement without re-qualification of soldering processes. Every tip is fully RoHS-compliant (Directive 2011/65/EU) and compatible with lead-free as well as tin-lead alloys, supporting traceability requirements in regulated production environments.
