The Ersa Series 612 and 662 desoldering tips are precision-engineered for the Ersa CT 80 desoldering station, delivering controlled vacuum desoldering at operating temperatures up to 450 °C with tip-to-ground resistance maintained below 2 Ω to meet IEC 61340-5-1 ESD-safe handling requirements. The Series 662 hollow-tip geometry provides inner diameters from 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm, covering the full range of through-hole component lead pitches encountered in SMT rework and through-hole desoldering workflows.
As an authorized Ersa distributor, esd.equipment stocks all 6 current Series 612 and 662 variants ready for immediate dispatch, ensuring compatibility with the CT 80 handpiece without additional adapters. Each tip is manufactured to Ersa factory tolerances and certified for use in EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) environments per DIN EN 61340-5-1 and DIN EN 61340-5-2.
