Festo rotary indexing tables of the DHTG series are pneumatic indexing turntables for clocked assembly and inspection processes. The series covers table diameters of 65, 90, 140 and 220 mm, each with freely selectable indexing positions from 2 to 24. The table locks mechanically in every indexing position and delivers repeatable angular accuracy for mounted workpiece carriers or test fixtures.
Rotation is driven by an integrated part-turn actuator that advances the table step by step. The indexing count is encoded directly in the product code (e.g. DHTG-140-6-A = Ø 140 mm, 6 positions). Mechanical detent secures the position even on pressure loss.
