As soon as the screw sits deep in a housing or overhead, the second hand is missing to guide it. This electric screwdriver holds the screw on the bit with its vacuum pick-up and tightens it to a torque set anywhere between 0.29 and 1.18 Nm, limited by the shut-off clutch.

Matching accessories

The screwdriver is driven by the DLC-1213A-GGB and DLC-1213A-GG control units with soft start and adjustable speed. Bits with a 4 mm shank fit through the ADA-HR4-D63 adapter, the BAL-0515 and BAL-1020 tool balancers carry the weight of the tool, and the SGR-14 and SGR-23 screw grids present the screws at the workplace.

ESD design

Housing and grip area are dissipative, so no charge remains on the tool and none is passed on to the assembly. The screwdriver is therefore intended for operation inside an EPA according to IEC 61340-5-1.
