ESD shaker box for screws 2.0 - 2.6 mm, 13 x 21 holes of 2.9 mm - Delvo DLW-3602

At a manual assembly bench, every screw that has to be turned over before it can be gripped costs time. This shaker box brings screws of 2.0 to 2.6 mm into the heads up position with a few shakes, so the vacuum or magnetic pickup of the electric screwdriver takes them in one move.

ESD design

The anti-electrostatic resin dissipates charge instead of holding it. Screw presentation therefore stays part of an EPA according to IEC 61340-5-1, and the screws reach the assembly uncharged.
