ESD shaker box for screws 1.7 - 2.0 mm, 13 x 21 holes of 2.1 mm - Delvo DLW-3402

At a manual assembly bench, every screw that has to be turned over before it can be gripped costs time. This shaker box brings screws of 1.7 to 2.0 mm into the heads up position with a few shakes, so the vacuum or magnetic pickup of the electric screwdriver takes them in one move.

Applications

Presentation of small screws at assembly, test and repair benches in electronics, precision mechanics and optics, for example board and housing screws.

Matching accessories

For larger screws the DLW-3602 shaker box covers 2.0 to 2.6 mm and the DLW-3802 covers 3.0 to 4.0 mm. Other ways of presenting screws at the bench are the SGR-14 and SGR-23 screw grids and the OM26M-OMM30 screw feeder.

ESD design

The anti-electrostatic resin dissipates charge instead of holding it. Screw presentation therefore stays part of an EPA according to IEC 61340-5-1, and the screws reach the assembly uncharged.
