Chisel soldering tip 3 mm wide with a short 4.8 mm tip length for the Metcal STTC series. The wide contact face transfers a lot of heat quickly while holding the 412 °C working temperature. It is the first choice for connectors, larger pads and ground connections.

Description
Heat large joints quickly: the STTC-113 chisel tip offers a 3 mm tip width in a short 4.8 mm geometry and holds a constant 412 °C on Metcal STTC systems.

Applications

Compatibility and scope of delivery
The cartridge fits the MX-H1-AVA and MX-RM3E hand pieces and therefore the Metcal MX-500, MX-5000 and MX-5200 systems. Delivery includes one soldering tip cartridge with integrated heater, order unit piece.
The closed, electrically conductive cartridge design and the grounded tip support soldering on ESD sensitive assemblies inside an EPA according to IEC 61340-5-1.
