Filter trolley Restauro for dust, fume and vapour, 80 m³/h - ULT RES Jumbo 2.0-BM.3.0

Restoring and cleaning cultural assets releases dust, fume and often gases and vapours, and the dust settles back onto the object. The ULT JUMBO filter trolley 2.0 Restauro captures these substances at the point of origin and delivers 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, enough capture velocity even with a longer extraction arm or a funnel hood.

Applications

Restoration and cleaning work on art objects in museums, stores and workshops, plus grinding and polishing and workplaces in warehouses and laboratories where the extraction point moves often. The activated carbon stage means gases and vapours are captured alongside dust and fume. The cleaned air returns to the room in recirculation mode, which is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Unit of the JUMBO filter trolley 2.0 series in the Restauro version. Supplied as a filter trolley with the filter set fitted and volume flow control. Extraction arm, hood and replacement filters are ordered separately, Alsident extraction arms of systems 50, 63 and 75 can be mounted. ULT lists the replacement filters as Z-Line filter cassette G4 under 4-00053 (set of 10: 4-00054), M5 filter mat under 4-00231 (set of 10: 4-00232) and combination filter cassette H13A under 4-00050. A 100 to 120 V version is available for worldwide use (9-00116), and country specific mains cables for Switzerland, the UK and the USA are included free of charge with a unit order.

The filters are storage filters that are replaced completely once saturated and are not cleaned.
