Filter trolley for solder fume extraction 80 m³/h four-stage - ULT RES Jumbo 2.0-BM.3.0

When solder fume has to be captured wherever work is currently going on, a wheeled unit is the simplest answer. The ULT RES Jumbo 2.0-BM.3.0 delivers 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, so capture velocity remains sufficient even with a longer extraction arm or a funnel hood.

Applications

Hand-soldering benches in repair, prototyping and small-batch production, rework of assemblies, rework stations and training or laboratory places where the extraction point moves often. Soldering with rosin-based flux is covered as well, since particles and the gaseous fraction are taken out in one pass.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Unit of the LRA Jumbo series, designed for the extraction arms and capture elements of the ULT Restauro programme. Supplied as a filter trolley with the filter set fitted and volume flow control. Extraction arm, hood and replacement filters are ordered separately, the matching replacement pack is the combination filter cassette ULT 02.1.250.

The filters are storage filters that are replaced completely once saturated and are not cleaned.
