Filter mat set M5-02/F7-02 prefilter series 160/200 - ULT 02.0.574

Replacing only one mat renews half the prefilter stage. This set supplies both layers, M5-02 and F7-02, and restores full pre-separation in the solder fume units of the ULT 160.1 and 200.1 series. The mat combination retains cooled sticky aerosols in the intake path before the air reaches the H13A combination filter cassette.

Applications

Scheduled servicing of solder fume extraction at manual and robotic soldering stations and at rework or repair benches. Change the set as soon as the particulate filter loading indicator comes on or capture at the nozzle noticeably weakens.
