Crimping die set for non-insulated terminals and crimp connectors 1.5 to 10 mm² - Knipex 97 49 30

Non-insulated butt connectors and terminals only hold if the profile matches the shape defined by the standard. The 97 49 30 crimping die set covers the common cross sections from 1.5 to 10 mm² and is fitted into the KNIPEX crimp system pliers of the 97 43 xx series.

Areas of use

Control cabinet and switchgear assembly, machine and plant wiring and repair work, wherever conductors from 1.5 to 10 mm² are terminated with non-insulated lugs or joined with crimp connectors.

Standards and conformity

The dies follow the shapes defined in DIN 46235 for terminals and DIN 46267 for crimp connectors. According to the manufacturer the die set contains no substances of very high concern under the REACH regulation, the RoHS directive does not apply.
