Crimping die for heat shrink connectors, 0.5 to 6 mm², 3 nests - Knipex 97 49 07

Heat shrink connectors are used wherever a joint has to stay protected against moisture. This crimping die presses them in three nests over the range from 0.5 to 6 mm² without damaging the heat shrink insulation.

Areas of use

Vehicle and marine electrics, outdoor installations, pump and plant engineering, wherever the joint has to be moisture-proof. After crimping, the heat shrink sleeve is activated with hot air and seals the joint.

Standards and conformity

According to the manufacturer the crimping die contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply. The manufacturer states no tool standard for this product.
