Pulling adhesive vapours, potting fumes or solvent odours out of a production cell takes more than particle separation. The ULT ACD 1200 MD A28 is designed as an extraction unit for fumes, gases and odours and holds 800 m³/h at 1,300 Pa even when hoods, hoses and bends add resistance.

Applications

Extraction of gases, vapours and odours at bonding, potting and coating benches, at laser marking systems and in laboratories or test rigs. The medium pressure range fits installations where several capture elements or longer duct sections run to one unit.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Unit of the ULT 1200 series, using the filter components of that series such as the Z-Line filter G4-02 (02.0.662). The DN200 exhaust air connection and the SUB D9 interface are optional and not part of the base configuration.
