ATEX extraction unit for gases and vapours, 1,000 m³/h - ULT ACD 1200.0-MD.46.00.1012

As soon as several workstations or a complete machine are connected to one extraction system, a small bench unit runs out of capacity. The ULT ACD 1200 MD A46 Ex covers that range with 1,000 m³/h at 1,800 Pa while remaining approved for ignitable air mixtures.

Applications

Central or multi station extraction of solvent vapours, process gases and odours in production, in coating and bonding lines and in laboratories with a classified zone. The generous flow reserve also supports branched ducting with several capture points.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The ACD 1200 series unit ships with a complete memory filter set: M5 filter mat (ULT 02.0.654) plus the adsorption filter cassettes ULT 02.1.603 and ULT 02.1.602 containing around 23 kg of activated carbon each. All filters are replaced once saturated and can be reordered individually under the ULT numbers listed.
