Soldering tip bevelled 45°, 0.7 mm, micro fine, T series - Thermaltronics TM80BV007

On 0402 packages and smaller, what counts is how narrow the tip is and whether it still transfers heat reliably. The 45° bevel of the TM80BV007 places a small oval contact face on the pad at a width of 0.7 mm while keeping the micro fine contour.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the SHP-T hand piece and therefore the Thermaltronics TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 induction soldering stations. Delivery covers one cartridge, the heating element is built in and is replaced together with the tip.

The cartridge is RoHS compliant and lead-free, which makes it suitable for the usual SAC lead-free solder alloys.
