Guide kit with solder wire perforation for SFR-B, wire 1.5 mm, guide length 0.5 m - JBC GSFR15V05-B

In an automated soldering cell the wire guide decides whether the solder wire reaches the joint on cue. Guide kit GSFR15V05-B carries solder wire of 1.5 - 1.57 mm over 0.5 m to the SFR-B feeder and perforates it down to the flux core, so the flux outgasses in a controlled way instead of splashing.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Designed for the JBC SFR-B automatic solder feeder. The permitted wire diameter is 1.5 - 1.57 mm. Guide kits are also available without solder wire perforation and for other wire diameters. If the SFR-B is not fixed to the robot soldering head, further guide lengths are available, the JBC manual lists the assignment. Delivery covers one guide kit, a battery is not included.
