Continuous band sealer, vertical feed, 300 mm conveyor, 500 W, 32 kg - Iteco 7914193

The largest model of the range combines vertical bag guidance with a 300 mm conveyor. Bags up to 300 mm high pass upright between the heated rollers without powder or liquid reaching the 8 mm seal, with 500 W of heating power and a belt speed of up to 12 m/min.

Applications

Filling and packing lines for bulk goods, small parts, granulates and liquids in large bags. Equally suited to kitting components in laminate bags where date and lot have to be documented in the seal.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Delivered in two packages with machine, stand and embossing attachment including character set. It processes all common heat sealable plastic bags up to 800 µm total thickness. Made in Italy.
