Continuous band sealer, vertical feed for powders and liquids, 150 mm - Iteco 7914191

Bags holding spillable or liquid contents are hard to close lying flat, because product reaches the sealing zone and the seal leaks. The Iteco 7914191 therefore guides the bag upright: the contents settle at the bottom while the 8 mm seal is made in the clean film area at the top, at a belt speed of up to 12 m/min.

Applications

Filling and closing of small parts, screws, granulates, powders and liquids in PE or laminate bags, typically at the end of a filling scale or dosing bench. For flat bags with solid contents the horizontal sister model Iteco 7914190 is the simpler choice.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied ready to run with vertical belt guidance and embossing attachment including character set. It processes heat sealable plastic bags up to a total thickness of 800 µm. Made in Italy.
