Ersadur high-performance long-life soldering tip for the ERSA i-Tool, straight, chisel-shaped, asymmetric, 8.0 mm, with Ersadur-LF coating.
Fits the i-Tool soldering iron (0100CDJ) of the i-CON soldering station in versions 0IC1000A, 0IC1100A, 0IC1100V, 0IC2000A, 0IC2000AIT, 0IC2000AC, 0IC2000AXT, 0IC2200V, 0IC2200VC, 0IC2200VIT, 0IC2200VXT, 0IC2100VC and 0IC2100VXT.
Ersadur soldering tips are produced to a high standard and built for continuous operation. In a special process they are galvanically plated with an iron layer and protected against corrosion and oxidation by an additional chromium layer. Perfect heat transfer protects the soldering iron's heating element from overheating and premature wear.
The high-performance tips have an asymmetric design. This allows more flexible use than conventional shapes and delivers heat optimally into the joint. The special geometry enables highly efficient heat input on through-hole (THT) components mounted on thermally high-mass assemblies: one of the two legs of differing length heats the component lead with up to 150 W, while the second leg rests against the solder joint and transfers the maximum soldering energy.
