HR 600 Hybrid Rework System 3200W - Ersa 0HR600/2

The base configuration of the HR 600 is the reference build of the range. A 390 x 300 mm (+x) board holder, the cassette at its standard height, and otherwise everything the machine is known for. It covers what lands on the bench every day in repair, rework and prototyping, from a Eurocard to a mid sized control unit.

How the system works

• Hybrid heating. The bottom emitter brings the whole assembly up to temperature with 2400 W in three zones of 800 W each over 380 x 250 mm, while the top emitter acts on 60 x 60 mm with 800 W in two zones of 400 W each.
• Placement accuracy to 25 µm. The top placement camera and the bottom component camera run at 1,3 MP with USB 2.0 and LED illumination, and the component is aligned to the pads image over image.
• Component range from 1 x 1 mm to 50 x 50 mm, from a chip to a large BGA.
• Temperature control through a built in contactless IR sensor, two inputs for type K thermocouples and the supplied Accu-TC sensor placed on the assembly itself.
• Profiles are created, run and documented in Ersa HRSoft, connected over USB 2.0.

Scope of delivery

Centre support rail with two pins, Accu-TC sensor, air deflector plates 40 x 40, 30 x 30 and 20 x 20 mm, thermocouple holder for the HR 600, 5 mm silicone sucker and placement nozzles of 10 mm and 4 mm with magnetic mounting.

Applications

Removing and replacing BGAs, QFNs and fine SMT parts in development, repair and small series work. Where the assembly is longer or carries tall parts underneath, the XL holder and lowered cassette versions take over.
