ESD Beutel
Conductive ESD bags offer a surface resistance of 10¹ to 10⁶ Ω and a volume resistance below 10⁷ Ω, providing the lowest resistance tier in ESD packaging - classified as conductive per IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S541. Unlike dissipative or shielding alternatives, these bags actively drain electrostatic charge to ground at rates that protect the most sensitive components rated below 100 V HBM. Typical multi-layer constructions combine a carbon-loaded polyethylene inner layer with an aluminium barrier, delivering both Faraday-cage shielding and rapid charge dissipation in a single film.
This category lists 10 conductive ESD bags sourced from established ESD packaging manufacturers, all compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S541 requirements for EPA-qualified packaging. Products are stocked for immediate dispatch and cover standard zip-lock, heat-seal, and open-top formats in sizes from small component pouches up to board-level carrier bags.
Typical application areas: Electronics manufacturing and SMT line kitting (IEC 61340-5-1, IPC-A-610), semiconductor component transport and storage (ANSI/ESD S541, SEMI E78), medical device assembly under ESD controls (ISO 13485), automotive electronics sub-assembly packaging (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3), and aerospace avionics handling (AS9100).
