Lead-free soldering on multilayer boards needs a steady heat flow rather than a high tip temperature. The PS-900 achieves this through inductive SmartHeat control: every tip carries its own temperature point, calibration is unnecessary and temperature stability stays within +/- 1.1 °C.

Applications

Tip temperature accuracy meets the requirements of IPC J-STD-001, and the tip to ground resistance below 2 Ohm supports operation at ESD workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
